| Janey has a background in Interior Design and lives and works in London. She also teaches spatial design at Chelsea College of Art. This has influenced her handling of composition, pictorial balance and tone. The asymmetrical placement on the canvas, simplicity of background and passionate use of colour are an integral part of her approach.
